Your privacy is important to us. Here is how we handle information on Where Big Fish:
- Local Storage: Your browser stores your chosen display name, skin and mute preference. These preferences do not create an account or save your game progress.
- Multiplayer sessions: Your display name and gameplay state are sent to the game server and shared with other players. Do not use a name that contains private information.
- Analytics: When configured, the game loads Google Analytics and sends page and gameplay events, such as joining or catching a fish. Google may process browser, device and network information. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The current game interface does not load AdSense banners. Content pages may display Google AdSense ads when configured. Google may use cookies and other identifiers to deliver and measure advertising. See Google’s advertising information.
Terms of Service
By playing Where Big Fish, you agree to the following terms:
- Fair Play: You agree not to exploit bugs, use automated cheats (bots), or manipulate the game network messages to gain unfair score advantages on the leaderboard.
- Usernames: Do not choose offensive, hateful, or inappropriate names. The server moderators reserve the right to remove offensive names or disconnect users violating this rule.
- Disclaimer: The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any service interruptions, loss of scores, or other operational issues.
